Late Shri Arjun Das Gulati was born in a business family in Rawalpindi now in Pakistan. His early schooling was done in Rawalpindi and therefore he joined the family business. He was displaced during the partition of our country and came to settle in Allahabad now Prayagraj along with his family. Within a short period of time, he was rated prominent businessman of Allahabad. He was nominated as the first-ever president of the Allahabad Vyapar Mandal, the presidentship he retained till his death. All through his life, he maintained very high business ethics which are remembered till this day, He was very concerned about the people who were unfortunate and downtrodden along with the concern for the education of the youth, this was the reason that Arjun Das Gulati Memorial Society was born keeping in mind his ideals of educating the youth and providing them a platform to showcase their talent. Shri Arjun Das Gulati left for his heavenly adobe on 2nd July 1974. This Society and Droit Penale Group is a humble tribute in his memory.
